No. We use Discogs as a data source — you don't need an account to benefit from enrichment. If you do have one, you can link it to sync your collection and wantlists.
You do. Full CSV and JSON export on every plan, including Free. Your catalogue is your catalogue — VinylGrinder is a tool, not a hostage situation.
No. Condition grading is the dealer's call, always. We surface the Goldmine grade fields for sleeve and media, and auto-fill pressing/pressing-variant data — but you grade the record.
All of the above. Box sets and multi-disc releases are handled as a single record with linked media. 78s are on the roadmap after launch.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us — see "Your rights" below.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Tally (Tally Forms BV, Belgium), our form provider. Tally's privacy policy is at tally.so/help/privacy-policy. We may export the data to an email-sending service (such as ConvertKit or Beehiiv) when we are ready to send launch notifications — we'll update this policy when that happens.
Until the public launch of VinylGrinder, plus 12 months after. After that, the waitlist database is deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we do so within 30 days.
No one. We do not sell, rent, or share your email or other waitlist data with third parties. The only "sharing" is with the processors named above (Tally) that we use to run the waitlist.
Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, or export it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@vinylgrinder.com. We respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — for residents of Lithuania, this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
If we change anything material — for example, when we add an email-sending service or analytics — we'll update the date at the top and notify everyone on the waitlist by email.
